How to make a payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer.

Creditcard payments, Viva wallet option.
Creditcards are only accepted if it is a “Euro” card.
Unfortunately our payment provider can not accept Sterling as a currency.
Please use bank transfer as a payment method when you’re based in the UK.

For British customers
We do not use sort codes in Europe. First you have to create a new payee in your bank portal, then you choose the country, in this case The Netherlands or Germany.
Then you can use one of our Iban bank account numbers. Remember sort codes are only used for domestic payments.
